Gary was leader of the most diverse team ever including
those with physical challenges, to reach Everest Base
Camp. After setting this world record, he went on to scale
the peak, and became the first person with one arm to
climb to the 29,035 ft. summit of Mt. Everest.
Later the next year, Gary led an expedition to the summit
of the world’s sixth highest mountain, Mt. Cho Oyu, located
in Tibet, at over 26,000 ft.
Gary uses his extraordinary experiences to share with his
audiences the importance of equality, determination,
team-work and integrity, and how these traits lead to personal and professional success.
